Bookings and Refund Policy.
Cancelation by the customer.
If request for cancelation for any bookings is made 30 days before the day of the first charter a full refund of the booking including deposits on exclusive charters will be made available.
If request for cancelation for booking (excluding exclusive charters) is made 7 days before the day of the charter a full refund of the booking (excluding deposits for exclusive charters) will be made available.
If request for cancelation for booking (excluding exclusive charters) is made 24h prior to charter departure time a 50% refund of the booking (excluding deposits for exclusive charters) will be made available, and if booking payment has not ben paid prior the customer is still liable for 50% payment of the booking.
If request for cancelation is made within 24 hours of departure time or customers are not at departure point by designated time no refund will be made available and if booking payment has not ben paid prior the customer is still liable for full payment of the booking.
Cancelation by Seaforce Coral Bay PTY LTD.
Seaforce Coral Bay PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel the charter, due to un-suitable weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, crew availability or any other unforeseen circumstance (that they may or may not wish to disclose) at any time up to an including the morning of the charter. In this case a full refund off all bookings and/or deposits for that day only will be made. In this case Seaforce Coral Bay PTY LTD is not liable for any costs associated with the charters including accomodation costs/deposits, travel costs, or any other costs or loss of income to the customer caused by the cancelation of the charter.
